I was told pretty quickly that I needed to call their premium rate number for support. It’s a go to job but will create gaps in your resume due to the nature of project work. There are challenging moments as with every job, but the people that you work with are always there for you. Lots of negative reviews here, cannot really speak for them, apart from to say that I had absolutely no issues of any kind. There is no point in having loyalty to a company when they do not deliver. This includes sales, customer service or help. Insight are now a complete joke. Left for better job opportunity but overall a good place. When lockdown began I needed to make some changes to our account but struggled as Insight has changed their portal and I could no longer reset passwords, etc. Pay has always been on time and signing up for benefits was very easy. They charge an exorbitant Prmuim fee to telephone any of their contacts on their website. This was their lowest costing benefits package. Two working days later and my order hasn't been dispatched and there has been no communication from Insight to explain that the goods were out of stock.Had to call them at which point they simply said that the items were out of stock, they don't know why they told me they were in stock and it would be 4-6 weeks to get more.
