Charities face difficult HR challenges

Whilst all organisations have similar HR needs and challenges, in a not-for-profit organisation, finding solutions to these issues can prove to be difficult. The most common obstacle for small and medium-sized charities is not having a dedicated and experienced HR employee. In most cases, HR responsibilities fall on the charity CEO or other senior members of the charity. Other challenges include access to financial resources, to attain or retain volunteers.

For the thousands of charities without a dedicated HR person, services such as ours are invaluable. Receiving regular updates about changes to employment legislation, access to hundreds of model HR documents and templates and being able to get independent, tailored HR advice at a discounted rate, offers a lifeline for many charities. Having a dedicated HR person is of course the dream. But services like ours are relied on by charities all over the UK, every day.

Charity Discount

We are delighted to offer a 15% discount to registered charities for HR advice, support, and documents plus a further 50% discount to registered charities with up to 250 employees on our HR software packages.
